I love these containers. Sealed snap caps with gaskets are great. The extra large size is ideal for bakers. I make a lot of bread and pasta. These containers hold all of the different flours and specialty ingredients that I like to have on hand. I put different small bags in 1 container and fill the other 3 with different flour. My only major complaint is the packaging. They come in two sets, one inside the other. However, they are so tightly clamped that it is almost impossible to break them without the aid of a sharp instrument. It took me about 20 minutes to grab the top edges with my fingertips, wiggle, pull and twist the contents to pull it apart. My fingertips are so red and sore-oh! I don't understand the need to nest them inside each other for sending. OH!
