Review on Nilight TL 35 Motorcycle Multi Color Controllers by Corey Burgess

good product. Can't go wrong here

Hello, bought these for my 250 rupees. I was initially skeptical about fitting a "lightweight" kit to my bike as I don't really like the attention it draws. But after they've been on my trip for a few weeks, wow. They should. This time of year I commute to and from work in the dark most of the day. Not only do they make the bike more visible, but they also illuminate the ground around the bike, illuminating bumps and cracks that I don't normally see. But the best part of the whole package is that Nilight has now added a second power wire (the blue wire) that connects directly to the brake lights. When you step on the brakes, the color and pattern are disrupted and the bike glows a super bright red until the brakes are released. This makes the bike much easier to see for following vehicles in the dark at 3 or 4 o'clock. For that reason alone they are worth the money. I'm currently investigating the possibility of this feature working even when the other displays are off. The kit includes a variety of lights for almost any bike. So far the band is working but I'm skeptical of how long they will last and will update this post when they start to peel off. I hope Nilight reads this post and develops a similar kit for the Polaris RZR or other side by side. The brake light function is again worth the price of the kit. The opportunities for drivers/vehicles behind you are worth it. It would also be great to make an adapter that allows you to tie the side-by-side kit to your trailer so that the side-by-side kit lights up on the trailer with the brake lights on. But I would say this is a great kit that Nilight put together and I will be buying another kit for my son for the low price of the CBR 600RR.

Pros
  • Pleasant to use
Cons
  • Don't really like it, everything is fine
