Works well with most of my lenses but not all

I bought this when I was considering switching from Canon to Fuji. All of my lenses are on the lens flare compatible list, so I really hoped they would all perform close to the original. Some of my lenses didn't work at all or worked very poorly. When I updated to firmware 1.90 it helped a lot but still not 100%. Lenses tested: Canon EF-S 10-18mm - works great Canon 35mm f2 IS USM - works great Canon 70-200mm f4L USM - works great Canon 85mm f1. 8 USM - worked great For lenses that also didn't work: Sigma 17-50mm f2.8 HSM - worked well but no native speed or accuracy. The focus seemed to be constantly shifting, even on static objects. Considering this was a third-party lens, this wasn't a huge surprise, and if it were the only lens I've had issues with, I'd be delighted with the product overall. The Canon 100mm f2.8 Macro USM is Canon's older macro lens. not the new L lens, that was the lens that gave me the most trouble. He was slow to concentrate and there were times when he lost focus and just couldn't concentrate fully. The lens autofocus was so unreliable and intermittent that I wouldn't use it unless I had my camera on a tripod and couldn't use manual focus.
