Review on Sakkas Tone Pashmina Scarf Stole Women's Accessories : Scarves & Wraps by Melissa Kula

I ordered this slide in baby pink/grey but received another one in baby pink/gold - both colors are lovely so I don't have a problem with wrong color. It is soft and has a wonderful shine. My problem is that it has a manufacturing defect. A ball of brown lint was sewn into the fabric, resulting in a hole and tension in the fabric that was clearly visible through the clear plastic bag. It ruined this beautiful package. I tried to contact the seller but I can't get through. I received an email stating that the order is either invalid or not between me and the recipient. It's funny because the order was valid when they charged my credit card. The packaging itself is ok but their quality control as well as customer service is definitely lacking.
