Bought this to try for my sciatic pain

I occasionally have a sciatic flare up which is alleviated by pressure on the nerve. I bought this to put against my chair to press on this nerve. Such a great idea and much better to get it just where I need it instead of a thick pillow. It is a nice size and easy to move around us against something.

The massage balls can help to decrease muscle stiffness

The product may not be effective for individuals with certain types of sciatica
