I like that it has all of my leads in one place, so if I need to do any follow up or send an email out I only have to click 1 button instead of having to go through each individual lead! Also love that you can see who opened your emails (and what links they clicked) and when they did it. It's not very user friendly for non techies, but with some training it could be amazing. We've been able to get more responses from our website sales page by using zumvu compared to just sending them via regular mailings.
