Review on 175W High Intensity Discharge (HID) Lamps by Philips - Model 31358-5 by Ryan Draper

Most didn't work. The picture shows the exact bulb that I changed. In fact, the wrong pear came. Came with a silver base, thin curved silver piece inside instead of the straight white as pictured and made in China (or maybe India. Can't remember exactly and I no longer have a chance to verify) not in the US like the one I replaced. Interestingly, I called an electrician (with a cherry picker) to replace these lightbulbs high up in the building. He just received a new box of Philips lightbulbs with the same bulbs. Looked exactly like the ones I got from Revain and they didn't work either. Luckily I had cheaper Sunlite bulbs and they worked great. The company refunded the full price without further enquiry.
