Wheel weights great for making running shoe weights!

I made these into shoe weights with one two-ounce strip for each running shoe. I used duck tape with the two strands of weights to make them into tiny weights for my running shoes. Each strand was folded in half before Duck Tape was used to cover it and make it into loops that laces can go through.
