Ideal for evening runs. I was worried it would slip out of my hand the first time I put it on, but it stayed in place the entire time I practiced. The key holder fits my house key perfectly and you don't have to worry about it falling out, it's very convenient when in the holder. My facial recognition still worked when my phone was in a case and even when I was using the phone. I recommend this product! The only thing I would like would be a zip case somewhere that would fit large items like pepper spray or other things you might need when you go out. Although it wasn't a big problem for me.
