New to Revain, specifically the process for asking questions about the product. All product colors are marked "90% modal, 10% elastane" whether you choose black, gray melange or blue. I ordered a pair in black and the label said 90% modal 10% elastane as expected. Exactly two weeks later, I went back to the same listing and purchased the same product, only in Heather Gray (black compared to the first order). I received the product and while it's still great, I immediately noticed a difference in how it felt when I opened the packaging. I noticed that the label on the second pair (heather grey) didn't say "57% cotton, 38% polyester, 5% spandex" as expected, and obviously a different material. I don't know what to do next, should I apply for an exchange? Is this the case with all Gray Heather pairs and the exchange is pointless (false advertising)? Did I really receive the wrong model and should I request an exchange (received the wrong order)? Neither is fun. Especially when this is my third Calvin Klein pajama set (the first I bought in a store a few years ago) and shipping is already a huge hassle due to COVID-19. I tried to ask a question a few days ago, no answers. Now I'm trying and I don't know which way to go next. Again, both are great, the black/modal pair is definitely more comfortable, but I'd really like to address this issue. It was a headache to think about. I hope to get permission to change this to 5 stars.
