Compare, compare, compare. Let the price guide you.

This is exactly what I expected based on the specs and reviews. Unlike some others, I don't have edge bleed or dead pixels. For the price and the type of screen it was excellent. I have a $900 Dell Ultra Wide Ultra Sharp 2k which is excellent but I still notice a difference in clarity on this one. Dell lets me line up a lot of pages, but it's WIDE. I build computers for a living and while I have many games I don't think I've ever finished one. I use them to run benchmarks and test combinations of hardware, mostly graphics cards. It's the right size, crystal clear sound, poor speakers (but that's not why you need it anyway) and limits your connectivity to 1 input port for each important cable. But it costs HALF of IPS screens with lots of ports, USB, etc. So it's excellent value for money. I'm just telling you to compare the specs and read more reviews than usual. Degree adjustable (although I really don't like the little joystick/button/whatever you call it at the bottom of the screen) and the speakers aren't very good. I'm running 2 PCs side by side for real-time benchmark comparisons, and with 1070 and 1080 I NEED two DisplayPorts for stable 60 fps at 4K. However, almost nobody else would, and I can use one DP and HDMI on the other and still get useful data, I just don't like physically swapping cables and running one computer after another for a full build.

Pros
  • DCI P3 95% color gamut. Delivers true-to-life color on a large 80.01 cm (31.5) screen, so all types of entertainment content, from movies to drama and more, are displayed in full cinematic quality.
Cons
  • makes me nervous
