They just arrived yesterday and I LOVE them. I get up all day, do chores and cook at home. I really needed something to help my aching back and legs. These specially designed sandals are amazing! Because the insoles are textured, the first few seconds you slide in become unique "bumps". Then my feet sank in with an "aaaah". Within 10 minutes my chronic back pain was gone! I do not believe it! The shoes give them a lot of springy "bounce," which may be another reason why they're so effective at relieving back pain. I am grateful that I ordered them and can only recommend them!
