I've only had terrible allergic reactions while sleeping. My nose was constantly dripping and I sneezed around 3 or 4 in the morning. It was awful and I couldn't sleep. At first I thought it was caused by pet hair in my sheets and pillows. I thought about throwing my cats out of bed. I washed my sheets in hot water and that improved things a bit, but soon I got a runny nose again. So I did some googling and came across dust mite allergies. Well I thought it might be worth trying a dust mite repellent. I put it on my pillow, put a blanket on it and it worked! No more sneezing at night.
