Fits perfectly, no problems

After a routine check of the fuses (the windscreen washer function did not work) it turned out that the pump was defective. When I took the old one out it was rusty and corroded at its base. The engine is completely dead. The new one fitted perfectly. With a bit of silicone grease to support the tube and seal around the new o-ring, everything fitted well. Worked from the first time I tested it and made almost no noise. So very satisfied so far. My opinion is based on how long the new pump runs as often when we use imported parts they fail within a short period of time. It's yet to be seen, but I'll keep an eye on it. The company wrote and said it had a one-year warranty, so it's hard to lose. Also, the new O-ring did not come with the nylon strainer basket that the original gasket came with. It doesn't seem like a big deal, but the strainer can prevent debris from getting into the pump that could clog it in the future. This could be something the company hopes to fix in the future.
