The best way to describe it is a good case. The case is a pleasant rubberized gray color, it feels clean and secure. There's plenty of room inside and the pre-cut cuts are precise and clean. It's a bit bigger than I would have liked to put in a backpack on the go, but it's good for travel. My two problems are: 1. The handle is attached on the wrong side so you carry it upside down. The zippers, while nice and elegant, are definitely not waterproof. They're not even weatherproof. Very happy with it as a suitcase for storage and travel. Will probably look for a much smaller bag that fits in a small backpack.
