I received the electronic foot file today. It was very easy to assemble. It had an on/off switch and the ability to speed up or slow down a file. In about a minute I went from rough to smooth, not just in looks but in touch. I plan to use it on my husband next time. Excellent value for money and quality. Update: My husband has very sensitive feet. He asked me how much I paid for this torture device. I wish so much I could have it on video. He laughed sheepishly the whole time. It really helped the rough skin on his leg, but I'll probably never have it done again.
