UPDATE #2: After updating my review I contacted this company and I have to say I am very impressed with their customer service. Changed my rating to 4 stars. UPDATE: I hate doing this, but I'm changing my rating to 3 stars instead of 5. I really like these gloves. They're really soft and work great with my smartphone BUT I've been wearing them for a few weeks now and they're not as warm as I initially thought. I live in the North East where winter temperatures often drop below freezing. It's not that cold yet but we've had a few days in the single digits and my hands were cold in these gloves. I would not recommend them to those who live where it is very cold, especially if you are outside for more than 5 minutes. Normal gloves. Soft and warm. I like palm side grips and they really work with smartphones. Very happy with my purchase.
