That said, it works, but it could be better

When I leave this connected to my switch dock and xbox controller my controller vibrates every 20 seconds like it's on drugs or something even though my switch is off. Disconnecting and reconnecting the controller results in a sync error and doesn't reconnect my controller for a few minutes.
