Originally recommended by my dermatologist, I have been using Ocean Potion products for my sun damaged skin for many years. Things I liked about Ocean Potion: 1) It offers great protection; 2) it tends to contain fewer suspected hazardous ingredients than other sunscreen brands; 3) The price (until recently) was much lower than comparable products. I'd rather pay less for an equal or better product. Since I apply sunscreen several times a day, the scent is also important to me. I'm not just applying to go to the beach. Regular products have a strong "sunscreen" scent that some people like. Not me. So I usually choose a formula for babies and sensitive skin. But I don't mind the smell when using the product on a hike or gardening. So, my only issues with this product are 1) the cost of Ocean Potion has increased over the years compared to the competition (but it's still worth it to me) and 2) I would have preferred more unscented options in my product line. Otherwise, for the reasons I've outlined, this has been my choice for many years and will likely remain so.
