Review on 📸 Versatile Light Blue Olympus Tough Sports Holder CSCH-123 for TG-1,2,3,4,5 & 6 Cameras by Christopher Karamba

Bought this to have fly fishing access. It uses Velcro that tightens onto your backpack/sling/harness. It won't stick (and therefore won't slip off) when you place velcro over the nylon strap. However, it works great if you attach it to a padded belt. I never intended to use it when my TG4 was in video mode. This was done to remove the camera and have access to it at all times. He did as announced. My camera was totally secure and I never had to look. I was able to access my camera with one hand, turn it on and start shooting. I liked how it enhanced my trip. However, I have an opinion for future owners of this product and for Olympus: REPLACE THE "CARABINER" THAT ATTACHES THE SCREW TO THE BODY. The plastic carabiner included in the kit does not have a locking function, and the line will "unlock” in a few minutes. This is a very weak connection from the holder to your very expensive digital camera. I went to a 3 letter outdoor store and bought a comparably sized stainless steel locking carabiner and replaced the OEM carabiner. Now I am absolutely sure that all parts of the holder work properly. Overall I like the design and I recommend it.
