If I could give this product a 0 star rating, I would. I had very high expectations for this product - the doctor who helped make it; natural ingredients; claims against them. Well I have to say it did absolutely nothing for me. My appetite was not affected; I had no extra energy; I haven't lost any weight and worst of all, I've gained a pound. All this while counting calories and exercising 3-4 times a week. Also, within about 10 days of taking the pills, I developed a horrible, nagging cough similar to bronchitis or pneumonia. The cough woke me up several times during the night. I had no other symptoms (fever, lethargy, etc.). I stopped taking the pills and the cough stopped within 1 day. I can't prove the pills caused the cough, but the timing is suspicious. The $50+ price tag is clearly not worth it.
