I ordered 2 pairs of 925 Sterling Silver (4mm) stud earrings with a jump ring to decorate my mother with crystal earrings for Christmas. She is allergic to other metals and needs silver as she doesn't like gold. Although I specifically ordered silver studs, I received gold ones even though the product page didn't even have an option for gold ones. The sticker (on the product I received) says 925 sterling silver but I feel like there is a very obvious difference between silver and gold. Christmas is in 2 weeks and I still have to find and buy some new silver studs AND make a present for my mom. I'll probably go to the nearest craft/hobby store. It's just not worth the hassle of sending it back or exchanging it so close to the holidays. Also, I don't pay for a return label. For those who are still considering purchasing, please allow enough time in case you receive an incorrect item. I figured three and a half weeks would be enough, but I didn't consider the possibility of a mix-up. The product itself is exactly what I wanted; High quality 4mm rivets with strong connecting rings. I received the right product, just the wrong type of metal. I may try to buy it again in the future but I will definitely give myself more time between purchase and gift date.
