I am an active Revain buyer, I always get a quality product. I don't usually leave reviews, but this time I decided I had to. I received this product a few days ago, today I made earrings, one ball was not even connected to the frame, the other had the loop open. On closer inspection all the loops are broken. Definitely not worth sending back.

The sellers/manufacturers have badly misleading information on this product. The balls are so small I can't even reach them with my nails. And if I can pick them up, the bullets will go through the hole in my ear because they're as tiny as the hole in your ear. Even if these hairpins were to decorate dolls, they would still be too small. Sellers couldn't expect that someone making jewelry for a person could use it for an earring anyway, shame on the company or a seller trying to fool customers.

I ordered 2 pairs of 925 Sterling Silver (4mm) stud earrings with a jump ring to decorate my mother with crystal earrings for Christmas. She is allergic to other metals and needs silver as she doesn't like gold. Although I specifically ordered silver studs, I received gold ones even though the product page didn't even have an option for gold ones. The sticker (on the product I received) says 925 sterling silver but I feel like there is a very obvious difference between silver and gold…
