Super sharp and fast cleaning
Instantly cleans potatoes and vegetables. It's very drastic and, to be honest, quite surprising. The skin won't stick (you know what I'm talking about when you have to pull the skin back off the peeler). I'm a guy who cooks in the kitchen all the time and I love it and it fits in my big hands. My mother had a couple of pairs of Rada knives that were inherited from her mother and all of their products are really designed to last and stand the test of time. Buy this American product instead of a fancy Chinese peeler.
