Bought these earbuds in July 2019. Took about 8 months. Very good battery life. The headphones are very thin and can fall out of the ear. The problem started when I heard static noise, fax noise, etc. on the other end while making a call. As soon as I turned off the Bluetooth device, the noise stopped completely. After a couple of weeks I decided to contact the seller as they were supposed to have a 1 year warranty. After several emails back and forth they tell me their technician doesn't think it's device related. They gave me opportunities to try and see if it worked. Nothing worked. I switched phones a few months ago and when I switched phones this device worked fine and connected to the new phone with no problems. No cellphone! In the end they offered to send it back for diagnosis. I ask for postage and they refused but still offered 80% of the purchase price for a refund. Get a refund and buy from someone more helpful. Check the warranty by contacting the seller before buying. I learned that.
