I ordered it in size S (small) and it arrived in the expected time - I even got a photo of where my package was left by the delivery person which is pretty new and cool is, I . I usually wear PXS/XXS/XS but really wanted this and realized based on reviews that if it was smaller than the advertised size I would take it. saw it fit like a size S from Zara/Forever 21/H&M - as expected for me. The ties come with the sweater but you have to put them in yourself - it can be annoying but I know how to do it so it wasn't a big deal. I got a lot of compliments on the baby blue color when I wore it; It was a cold 10C day in LA and it's more suited to LA fall/winter/spring in recent years than an east coast winter unless you're layering for later. . The material isn't too thick and doesn't add bulk, which is a good thing.
