They are really good. Wooden frame and glass front. I only had to look for frames for wall mounting, I didn't want an easel at the back. A few frames had scratches and the seller sent me replacement frames right away. Excellent customer service. They had an easel in the back, but I was able to take it off. I really wanted the paper map to be attached to the frames because galleries are really hard to come by. It came with 3 options. What I didn't think of is that you need exact portrait or landscape orientation and size as shown in the chart! So I had to play around with them a bit to work with the photos I had. Plastic picture holders are a good idea, but be careful not to hit the tail section with a hammer or it will break. In fact, you can just hit the teeth with a hammer, no need to hit them. A regular nail will do, but then you'll have to measure yourself where that frame will line up. It turned out really nice :)
