Cable is solid and looks good and I like the angled connector. But it doesn't do what it's supposed to. The extension cable must transmit the signal safely and stably. This USB extension cable is not up to the task. I bought it to connect a USB 3 hub to my MacBook Air. Every time you restart your computer, the cable loses connection to the hub. You must disconnect and reconnect the cable EVERY TIME. In addition, the cable interferes with the detection of some peripheral devices. When I plugged the flash drive into the hub, it never showed up. I had to unplug and take out the extension cord and plug the hub directly into the computer, which is exactly what this product is designed to make unnecessary.
