How can I rate an item? Honestly, with no brand awareness and nothing unique about what it does, the only way you can really tell is if it works. And he works. Definitely no worse than the previous one I had. It's plug-and-play in Windows 10, which is of course the most important thing, although it comes with a mini-CD, meaning if you REALLY need to install it, you might be down the drain. However, it works. I wonder why it's USB 2, but as long as it's working at its promised speed (it seems /) there's nothing wrong with that.
