Review on 💙 Classic Rockabilly Blue Hair Dye by MANIC PANIC by Jessica Jackson

I've been using Manic Panic since high school! If I ever need a good rich color, I'll take a dip! It's very gentle on the scalp. I'm used to getting burned by anything (even pool bleach, I have very sensitive skin) but I can rub it in and leave it on all day without burning. I don't bleach or lighten my hair before coloring, so I let the color sit for at least an hour before rinsing it out. This time the color definitely dried out my hair a lot, which doesn't usually happen with Manic Panic. Be careful though, it will stain EVERYTHING. I smeared Vaseline on my scalp and ears, but that didn't stop me from getting dirty in the shower. The showers in my dorm are covered in bruises, as are my back and legs. I give 4 stars for turning into a smurf but 5/5 for the work.
