I ordered these to reduce the size of my thighs to get ready for a show. I am a 5’10” tall female with long legs. It was hard to find a thigh wrap that was long enough to cover my thighs from top to bottom. This thigh wraps comes in different sizes for the length and width. I ordered the black and loved them. Went back to order the red and yellow. I do suggest washing on gentle in a lingerie bag or by hand and then air dry. Do this on a regular basis to remove the sweat and any sweat enhancers you may use. This helps to maintain the elasticity. I wear them when I work out. I will put on top of my tights or directly on my legs when wearing shorts. I also wear in the sauna.
