Good customer service
I love this monitor - it does the job without being overly expensive and I love that it isn't connected to Wi-Fi - but I came here for a review to write for customer support. We were using this monitor daily for 10 months when the charging cable stopped working with no warning. I contacted the customer support email address listed in the questions section of the Revain page and they emailed me quickly and sent a new cable for free. Very happy with their answer!
