As for the dress, it is expected. He's cute and has a great shape. The material is thinner, which is understandable for a dress this cheap. Customer service was excellent. Unfortunately, besides being a very cute dress, it didn't fit me personally and the event I bought this dress for was canceled so I didn't need it anymore anyway. I explained to the company's customer service that I can't afford to keep a dress I can't wear and they refunded me with no problem and didn't even force me to send it back because they saw the price for me to send it back (from US to China) was about the same price as my return so I wouldn't really get my money back. They also responded quickly to my messages. It's nice to know that even if the product doesn't work, the company at least helps their customers when something goes wrong.
