The tweezer thing doesn't work like the photos - but maybe because I don't have severe blackheads. The looped extractor is my favorite tool - though you can save some bucks and use a bobby pin for the same purpose. Regardless, do not use too much pressure or you risk damaging your skin by popping blood vessels or scarring.
