Good quality
I bought it mainly for cards but the paper cutter is really good. I didn't pay much attention to the description of the cutter, but when I received it I was pleasantly surprised by features that my current cutter doesn't have. It has a foldable ruler to better line up the paper and angled lines to help you make perfect 45, 60, 75, and 90 degree cuts. Cards come in a variety of colors, and foil and glitter papers are really good. The gloss does not stick to every surface of my house (yet) and the foil does not peel off.
