A must for postpartum healing
I truly believe that a hot morning bath after my first morning meal was KEY to healing my two tears after having a baby. I felt that morning baths every day after coming home from the hospital helped me recover in about 2 weeks! The smell was pleasant and it was my morning routine after the night's feeding. Include them in every post birth package for yourself or another new mom. The little wooden spoon was cute.
