It is very convenient to have this product as I do not like tap water. It's easy to turn on and off and very easy to connect. I've had it for about a month now and no problems. My only concern is that if you already have a low faucet head, my faucet head is quite low and sometimes it becomes difficult to wash dishes, pots that are too big with this filter installed. This isn't a complaint about the Brita faucet mount itself. Chances are, the higher your faucet or the deeper your sink, the better it does at getting things out of the way and making it easier to fill water bottles.
