When I bought these for my youngest son, I wanted suede shoes that would resemble the ones his teenage older brother wears. They've been described as having a leather upper, but that's clearly not the case. My son tripped and scratched his boot which immediately chafed the faux leather upholstery. They're pretty cheaply made for supposedly Sperry shoes.
- Grandchildren like this, got to school on time
- The synthetic upper feels flimsy and cheap, if you can pay more for a leather upper.
