The DR.VIVA fitness watch I received is not working. It turns on but the Zeroner app keeps saying it can't connect. Without a connection I can neither set the date nor the time and only the distance in kilometers is displayed. It had the features I was looking for so I was hoping it would work without the app, but as it turns out it can't be used without being connected to the app and it keeps saying that it cannot connect.
