Review on TheBalm BalmShelter Silky-Smooth Tinted Moisturizer: The Ultimate Skin Saver by Michelle Reitz

I am very fair and was looking for a foundation moisturizer because I hate foundation! Luckily, the least tinted moisturizer worked perfectly. It does NOT look heavy on my skin, although I don't use it on under eye wrinkles. Maybe it's because I wear glasses, but nobody mentioned that the skin around the eyes looks different than the skin with tinted on it. I don't find it very good as a moisturizer so I apply my regular moisturizer first and then use BalmShelter as a base. The concealer is not very good but evens out my skin tone a bit. I wish it had a higher SPF since I'm being so honest.
