Great toppings for the cake!

I used them to make cake toppers for the last mermaid party! I am an event organizer and everyone was amazed at how beautiful the cake was. I will definitely use them again for other mermaid parties. I'm thinking about maybe sewing them together into a round oatmeal, I bet that would be really cute.
