I bought a LONG summer scarf mask for gravel riding. They come in a pack of 2 and will take a few weeks to ship. They are fairly common but seem to be of good quality. I wore one last weekend during a 90 mile bike ride in temperatures between 45F and 77F. At the start of the trip, the mask kept my face and ears warm throughout the trip. I kept my face masked throughout the trip. I could breathe easily through the mask. At the end of the ride, when temperatures hit around 80C, the mask wasn't hot or uncomfortable and appeared to offer good sun and wind protection. I highly recommend these masks for cycling.
