If you're looking for a cutesy way to present your baked goods, look no further than the 8-pack porcelain ramekins. These little ovals are perfect for my favorite dessert, creme brulee, but they also work great for other delights like souffles and quiches. The 6 ounce capacity is just right for a single serving, and they're dishwasher & oven safe. The only downside is that they're a bit on the small side - I could easily eat three of them in one sitting! But who's counting? All in all, these little dishes are a real treat.
