Review on REOLINK 4K Outdoor Security Camera with PoE, Human/Vehicle Detection, 5X Optical Zoom, Motion Spotlight, Color Night Vision, Time-Lapse, Two-Way Talk, 256GB SD Card Storage (SD Card Not Included), RLC-811A by Jack Collins

Let me start by saying that I love Reolink products but there is always something wrong with every purchase. I personally have many of their products and try to update them whenever something new catches my eye. Well, I bought the RLC-811a for the 5x optical zoom and talkback! It was to be adapted for a very specific need... unfortunately that was not possible. First, the seal on my camera was already broken (nothing was missing that I could tell), but most importantly, TWO-WAY TALK DOESN'T WORK! Again, two-way talk doesn't work when the camera is connected to the recorder! Why promote this feature without providing the necessary criteria to make it work?! I've spoken to ReoLink before about their raunchy Revain/product descriptions... to no avail. I think the quality/construction of the camera is good, optical zoom is good, LEDs are bright but no talkback... not much different than my 810. Would love to keep but will likely return...
