very tight on the head. The headband is almost non-adjustable so it not only squeezes my head on the sides but also squeezes on the top of my head. It's pretty convenient. When I tilt the headband backwards it takes a lot of pressure off but reduces the ability to block out sound. The sound quality is pretty good, better than Apple's internal headphones (wired) so I'm happy with the included 3.5mm cable, it's only 4ft long and very thin. If you are a tall or tall person this will not work. And don't expect it to last very long as it's very thin. I would recommend getting a separate cable if you need something that isn't fragile. Overall it works, blocks some noise and has pretty decent sound quality. I hope they become more comfortable after I break them. I'll definitely get a different cable.
