I like how they are very honest about what you need from them (and not always easy).

They have great people skills which makes working together much more enjoyable than some other companies that can be quite stiff when things aren't going well or there's been an issue between us both at different times - but this hasn’t happened since starting up! So far everything has gone smoothly though so all good :) As my business partner said "they're really cool guys". My only feedback would maybe add another person into your team who could help out if something were needed quickly? But apart form adding someone else onto their small staff of 4 full time employees; no issues yet!!
