Cables look great but don't charge well and quality control is poor as 1 cable was already bent on the micro USB end, when i received it . This could all have happened during shipping, as the other end of the cable was bent when I was trying to charge my Kindle Fire while reading from it. Very long and very weak ends. They are also not great for charging as it took my Kindle Fire over 24 hours to charge. My final complaint I was looking for an Anker replacement as they no longer offer a lifetime warranty so I contacted the seller first about these issues as I have an IT company I go through a lot of USB cables and they sell. The seller said he apologizes for the laces and would send me a new pair immediately if I send them my address. I have replied to an email with my address, all through Revain's seller contact system. It's been almost 2 weeks and there weren't any replacement cords so I have to send them back to Revain and I'm unhappy the seller didn't. send me a new set. Why would they also need my address when they have the order number etc.? Very disappointed with all of this, I do not recommend these cables at all.
