Unfortunately one broke after about 9-10 months. The plastic became brittle and fell off. Looks like I'll have to shell out $40 for OEM replacements (why the heck are they so expensive?). I bought them for a 2006 Pontiac G6. I was a little worried based on the reviews but mine worked great. In my opinion, people have problems there, they don't drop their lines. Before connecting the hoses, I removed the rubber elbow and tee and squeezed them to pry out the rest of the brittle plastic. I then blew air through the elbow and tee and reconnected them to the hoses. After that I flushed them for 15 seconds without disconnecting them from the nozzles. By following these steps you will make sure your new nozzles don't get clogged with debris. After they're cleared, connect the lines to the nozzles and you're done.
