You expect the best for a headset in this price range. ANC is decent, don't expect total exclusion from your surroundings, but it does a good job of reducing ambient noise around you. The microphone is fine, but people on the other line hear your background noise. Within a month the left earbud started making this scratchy and static noise with every movement, it's totally distracting and ruined this product for me. If I had the choice, I honestly wouldn't buy it again. It's much better to save $200 and buy another pair of headphones.
