I ordered two of these and noticed during installation that one of them had a cracked screen. I am currently working on a return process. The one that didn't have a tear is fine and it would have been a 5 star rating if both had arrived intact. After reading reviews of cracked screens I was wary of ordering them but having over 20 years of experience with very fragile hardware I wasn't worried about installing them. Despite all the precautions (handling only on the edges, taking it out in the foam, I even used the cushions to sit as soon as I took it out of the foam), when you first turn it on there is a very noticeable crack in the top edge of the screen and across the height a pixel. If/when this is fixed I would move this to a 5 star rating but until then I am impressed with the fragility of these monitors. I called 1-800 (Scepter is listed as the seller but they were actually shipped by Genesis). Scepter said I need to contact Genesis but Genesis lists the Scepter number here on their storefront. I waited on the line for 15 minutes after being told "Hold on" and then the phone disconnected.
